Organic Fresh White Tea. White tea is usually picked in the spring of each year, when the new buds have just grown, the leaves are tender in texture and high in water content, and the aroma and flavor of the tea is very fresh and delicious. The work of picking white tea is usually carried out in the early morning, the picking staff should choose the tea garden in the growth of good, undamaged buds, picking should be light to avoid damage to the tea leaves.
Grade A White Tea. Yunnan dry white tea leaves are larger, gray-green or black and white in color, buds are thick and sharp, hairs are smooth and tea aroma is strong. The white teas we use are of grade A quality and are selected through layers of screening to select premium white teas.
Aged White Tea. Yunnan white tea because of its tea tree age, growth environment primitive, so the production of tea, taste mellow, aroma rich and high, with the mountain atmosphere, rich in substances, so that the tea soup fullness, high degree of resistance to brewing.

Production Process. White tea production process does not knead or stir-fry, mainly sun drying and heating drying, the pursuit of natural simplicity, in order to retain the substances in the fresh leaves, known as “the most natural tea”.
