From defrost to fermentation, wrap and store at room temperature. Summer (20~25℃) 6~10 hours In winter (around 42°F (10°C)), after defrosting for 8 to 12 hours, refrigerating and consuming delicious for up to 72 hours. If you have plenty of time, please allow the fabric to be matured for 24 hours after fermentation, and the fabric will be in the best condition. The yeast has plenty of activity, and the browning is stable, and the inside is crispy
When fermented, it forms the fabric. Use it by flouring and stretching. If you are not used to it, it may be easy to stretch with cotton swabs
Place your favorite ingredients, and bake in an oven of 750°F (250°C) in about 4 minutes! Place aluminum foil on a toaster or grill, and enjoy it
For commercial use and handcrafting: For restaurants. Spread it out from the dough to make a "homemade pizza". Use it at home or outdoors for camping
